The consumer demand of Verizon iPhone is so high that it will start the iPhone 4 on Verizon rumors even if Steve Jobs says the word “Verizon”.  It wasn’t just a “Verizon” word he said this time but he mentioned that Apple has Verizon Wireless tower in Apple campus.  “We’ve got a strong signal here, we have both AT&T and Verizon towers on campus.” Jobs said while defending the iPhone 4 antenna issue during the press conference.

It was most probably the highly calculated statement that Steve Jobs passed. He didn’t talk about Verizon iPhone release but still he delivered a message that it is coming soon.

Verizon seems to be less interested in iPhone 4 on it network anymore due the growing problems including antenna issue that iPhone faces. Verizon Management told the employees in the rare meeting last month that company will only focus on Android based phones. The network released Motorola Droid X early this week.
