September 2nd, 2010Tech IndustryApple San Francisco came to end on September with neither promise nor announcement about the White iPhone 4 or Verizon iPhone. Apple CEO, Steve Jobs, unveiled number of entertainment related products including iPhone Touch 4G, Apple TV and iTunes 10 in the music-themed event. There was also a good news for iPhone 4 and iPad owners because Apple also released the new update IOS 4 (formerly iPhone OS). The IOS 4.1 has Game Center, iTunes TV shows rental and iTunes Ping. “Experience social gaming on your iPod touch. Find friends or use auto-match to play multiplayer games against new opponents” Apple website says about IOS 4.1 Game Center feature. It is believed that if Apple launched White iPhone 4 and Verizon iPhone sometime in the near future than it will have IOS 4.1 as default OS.
The Apple conference was disappointing to million of people who were hoping for Verizon iPhone or White iPhone 4 rollout in this event. Steve Jobs, who is very aware of Verizon iPhone demand, didn’t say one sentence about the possible launch of iPhone on Verizon Wireless network. On the other hand, white iPhone 4 demand is reaching it limits because it is now 2.5 months since Apple unveiled forth-generation iPhone.
Meanwhile, new iPod touch has gained A4 Chip, Retina display, Game Center, Gyro over the previous version.
