According to NDP Group research, The Microsoft Xbox 360 was named the best selling video game in June.

The company has sold 451,700 units of the console just after the launch of model with new design. The Xbox beats Nintendo Wii by 29 200 units as company only sold 422,500 units.
New data represents the increase of 35% in sales of console compared to same period in 2009. .

According to analysts at NPD, the increase was stimulated by a “significant increase” in sales of Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3. Sony sold 304,800 PS3 units in June. Last year, the Wii outsold both consoles, with 361,700 units sold.
