Microsoft offers cash to Windows Phone 7 developers

Microsoft is encouraging the developers to develop the Apps for Windows Phone 7. The company has offered to co-fund on the some projects where feasible. ”Where it makes sense we do co-fund strategic projects on a limited basis,” Microsoft spokesperson was quoted as saying by Top Tech Reviews.
Windows Phone 7 OS will be combined with Windows Phone Marketplace by the end of this year. Developer will be able to submit 5 free apps and unlimited paid Apps to Marketplace.
The Company plans to “invest a lot to attract developers big and small to Windows Phone 7 to let them understand the opportunity is and provide as many resources as we can to help the be successful on our platform.” Microsoft Spokesperson further said.
There are some terms which need to be followed by Application Developers. Microsoft has indicated that it reserves the right to delete or not accept Apps which don’t follow terms of services. Libelous, slanderous, threatening or discriminatory and various other types of Apps are not acceptable by the company.
