New details are emerging about the Verizon meeting which took place today. It is being reported by multiple media outlets that Verizon Communication executives are going to re-brand “Verizon Wireless” with just “Verizon”. There isn’t much update about the discussion for the mysterious future of Verizon iPhone 4. It seems from  information being circulated that Verizon has no short-term plans for iPhone CDMA.

How to response to iPhone 4 hype? Verizon is planning for massive marketing campaign. In addition to that wireless carrier has also decided to change its longstanding slogan “can you hear me now?” in the favor of “rule the air”.

What about Google Android: Wireless service provider staff have been told that the company is not interested in the iPhone on Verizon. All marketing content and other stuff should be focused on Google Android OS.
