According to a report by QuickPwn, certain websites are selling Goldra1n which is fake software to jailbreak IOS 4 based iPhone 4. The report has not pinpointed the websites which are offering bogus application  for $24.99 as IOS 4 Jailbreak software. However it says that it has intentionally avoided posting the link because it will not add any value to the details.

The report is suggesting people that Goldra1n is nothing but completely fake Jailbreak software. There are available jailbreaks of iPhone 3G and iPhone 3GS but users will have to wait if they want to unlock  / Jail break iPhone 4. The details of the report were indicating that iPhone 4 Jailbreak project called limera1n is under development process but Unlock software is not ready of use.

iPhones sold in United States are locked with AT&T network.  Jailbreaking is the only method which makes the phone ready to use on other GSM networks including T-Mobile.  Apple and AT&T advice their customer to avoid from Jailbreaking or Unlocking any iPhone.
