Apple has always introduced new and annotative ideas of music industry since the introduction of classic iPod. After the introduction of iPod Touch, Apple has now completely re-designed the iPod Nano with multitouch screen of 1.54 inches. The iPod Nano screen resolution of 240 x 240 pixels. iPod Nano with multi-touch screen should not be considered as mini iPod Touch as it doesn’t have Retina Display which means its pixel density is smaller.

Among the most far-reaching changes of the new iPod Nano is its size: 46% smaller and 42% lighter than the previous version.  In terms of size and weight, iPod Nano is close to iPod Shuffle but Nano features touchscreen instead of buttons.  Nano is cut-down version of IOS and it doesn’t have App Store to install new Apps.

The new iPod Nano can play up to 24 hours. The music player will be available in the market in different colors including yellow, silver, blue, green, black and red.
