• Consumers missed White iPhone 4 and Verizon iPhone in Apple Event: What is next?

    Apple CEO, Steve Jobs, said nothing about its plans to release iPhone on other carriers including Verizon in the music event yesterday. Instead of Verizon iPhone and White iPhone 4, the conference was completely targeted toward the entertainment and music products. Apple unveiled new line of iPod Touch, Nano and Shuffle devices in addition iTunes 10 and IOS 4.1 during the event.

    Let Verizon iPhone and White iPhone 4 alone but the surprising point about the Steve Jobs’ speech was that he completely avoided getting into any details of iPhone.  Some believe that the discussion about iPhone 4, which was hit by number of issues since its release in June, would have made people think about the possible problems with iPod Touch.  It doesn’t mean that Apple avoids promoting iPhone 4 everywhere. Apple is periodically showing big “iPhone 4” on Apple.com homepage. Historically, Apple promotes only recently launched products on the home page of the company’s official website.

    Regardless of what Apple is thinking about White and Verizon iPhone 4, the event of not that encouraging for those hoping for the announcement of the devices. Since, the event is over without White iPhone 4 and Verizon iPhone. The Apple fans on now eyeing January press conference. The California based company is expected to unveil new iPad in the first month of next year.
